10 Week Intensive Mentorship*

Service Description

*Mentee must have proof of a completed or in-process training course. This mentorship option moves at a fast pace and is best for motivated students. It includes a 10 Week Package of meeting with Tara a total of 7 times by phone or Zoom for 60 minutes each; PLUS 2 in-person observation days for up to 3 hours observing Tara performing 1 service each; PLUS 1 in-person guidance session (up to 3 hours working on your own client with Tara's oversight - based on readiness). Additional virtual, observation, or guidance sessions may be added at a discounted rate after this package is completed. Your goals for permanent makeup, lashes, or esthetics will be discussed during the first meeting to develop a plan for success. The purpose of the 10 week mentorship package is to provide a more generalized overview than the 6-week option. It is a good choice for mentees who completed another fundamentals course but never felt ready to work on clients, or had a delay after completing the fundamentals course and need a general refresh before they start taking clients. It is an intensive approach to building on the basic skills and knowledge obtained during a previous training. This package is structured to meet 1 to 2 times per week. It can be scheduled according to your needs, but must be completed within a 10 week timeline. No extension is given beyond 10 weeks. Homework, practice, and feedback for improvement will be provided. Note: Mentee must have their own practice equipment. For Guidance Sessions - Mentee must have their own machine, cartridges, and paperwork for PMU clients; lashes and glue for lash extension clients; or lash and brow perm and dye, chemical peels, and body waxing supplies for esthetic clients. Mentorship Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Must be completed within 10 weeks of start. No products, tools, or materials are included. For out-of-town mentees, virtual observation and consultation can be substituted for in-person.
