Please read the following information carefully. By purchasing a skincare product, retail item, gift card, or service, online or in-store, you agree to these terms.

Shipping Policy

Products and retail items ordered online or in-person and shipped in-house directly from Emerald & Co. will be postmarked within 1-3 business days via USPS to U.S. residents. If you require expedited shipping methods or international delivery please Contact Us PRIOR TO placing your order so an associate may assist you. Additional charges will apply for expedited and international shipping.

Products and retail items ordered online or in-person from a third party vendor (e.g. Circadia, Neogenesis, etc.) will be shipped according to the third party's policy. Please reference their policy or speak to an associate to determine those details. 

Return & Exchanges Policy

Emerald & Co.'s Return & Exchange Policy is designed to provide clarity and transparent communication about your purchase. Please Contact Us if you have a question about a skincare product, retail item, gift card, or service you purchased. Our policy for each is listed below. By purchasing a product, retail item, gift card, or service, you agree to these terms. 

 

​For Permanent Jewelry/Welded Jewelry: a 90-day repair or replacement period is provided for damaged, defective, or broken jewelry. No refunds or exchanges at any time - all sales are final.

For Unopened/Sealed Skincare Products purchased/shipped in-house directly from Emerald & Co. (excludes Neogenesis and Circadia): a refund or exchange is available within 48 hours of purchase/delivery for any reason. Due to quality concerns, no refunds or exchanges are offered for skincare products that are unsealed/opened/used or purchased more than 48 hours prior. ​Please contact us within 48 hours of purchase/delivery if you received a damaged or defective skincare product.

For Neogenesis and Circadia: 30 day money back gaurantee with these products to ensure your satisfaction. Please email emeraldstudiopmu@gmail.com or call 859-462-7206 to initiate a return. 

For Retail Items (watches, non-welded jewelry, apparel, devices, etc.): refunds and exchanges are offered within 10 days of purchase for damaged or defective items only. 

For Services, Gift Cards, and Booking Fees: No refunds or exchanges at any time - all sales are final, including mentorship and apprenticeship services.
