6 Week Intensive Mentorship*

Service Description

This mentorship option moves at a fast pace and is best for motivated students. It includes a 6-Week Package of meeting with Tara a total of 4 times by phone or Zoom for 30 minutes each; PLUS 2 in-person meetings to review practice work or progress for up to 1 hour each time. Additional virtual, observation, or guidance days may be added at a discounted rate after this package is completed. Your goals for permanent makeup, lashes, or esthetics will be discussed during the first consultation to develop a plan for success. The purpose of this package is to address specific concerns or areas of improvement (not a generalized review of all principles). This 6-week option is best for mentees who have identified weaknesses and want to work on those specific areas – such as uneven shading, asymmetric brow mapping, or inefficient client intake. It is an intensive approach to building specific skills and knowledge in a short amount of time, enhancing prior experience and training. It is designed to meet 1 to 2 times per week, so the mentee must be motivated. Meetings can be scheduled based on your needs, but must be completed within a 6-Week timeline. No extension is given beyond 6 weeks. Homework, practice, and feedback for improvement will be provided during each consultation. Note: Mentee must have their own practice equipment. Mentorship Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Must be completed within 6 weeks of start. No products, tools, or materials are included. For out-of-town mentees, virtual observation and consultation can be substituted for in-person.
